Monthly Marketing & SEO Report ยท Prepared by Danielle Lemons
A full new library of branded, motion-graphic Reels went out this month โ generator readiness, GFCI/pool safety, panel warning signs, two smoke-alarm videos, surge protection, outlet overload, and EV charger install. All 8 are published or scheduled on Facebook.
3.9K search impressions over the trailing 28 days, up 12.6% โ with clicks up 18.3% (58 total) and unique search visitors up 13.7% (133). Search visibility kept climbing through the final month of active SEO work.
Individual Reels this month reached as high as 333 people (Panel Warning Signs) and 269 (Outlet Overload/summer load) โ strong organic reach without any paid boost.
Generator cost, EV charger install timeline, GFCI/pool outdoor safety, and summer power outage guidance โ all written in AEO answer-first format with FAQ schema, scheduled across the month.
Electrician in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN published with full Service schema, extending local + AI visibility into the Smoky Mountains service area.
The home generator installation page's answer-first rewrite went live and was verified on the published site โ closing out the last of the flagged service-page content gaps.
Note on methodology: These figures reflect the trailing 28-day window (early July through the report date) rather than a strict calendar month, pulled directly from the site's Google Analytics + Search Console integration. Every underlying trend โ impressions, clicks, and unique search visitors โ moved up this period, capping off the active SEO engagement on a strong note.
Robots.txt and llms.txt were both verified live and correctly configured as of the June report, allowing GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and anthropic-ai full access to crawl the site. That infrastructure โ plus the JSON-LD schema, answer-first service page rewrites, and the new Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg landing page โ is now locked in and live. Since website work moves out of scope after July, this is the state the AEO foundation will remain in going forward.
Craddock's Google Business Profile has not been fully claimed under the correct listing โ the Local Pack currently shows two mismatched third-party listings ("Craddock's Service" and "Craddock's Electrical Services") rather than the verified "Craddock Electrical" profile. This means GBP posting and performance metrics could not be pulled or published this month.
Since GBP management moves out of scope after July, this is worth resolving on your end (or Gary's) directly with Google โ claiming/merging the correct listing would meaningfully help local and AI visibility going forward, even without ongoing management from us.

Instagram note: Facebook posting is fully active and performing well, but Instagram is not connected in Meta Business Suite ("Connect Instagram" still showing), so none of this content is cross-posting there. Connecting it is the single easiest way to add reach without any new content work โ happy to walk through that whenever you're ready.
